 Colin and Natasha Kingsmore are Personal Trainers in Cambridge Ontario at Keytones Fitness. We  have been fitness freaks for 25 years combined.  Both of us run a weight lose program which includes online coaching with email/text support.  Keytones Fitness provides meal plans and workout systems that are designed to lose fat, build lean muscle and improve overall health.  We are big believers in living a healthy lifestyle and are always open to new and exciting scientific research articles that support a healthy optimal lifestyle.  Over the years, we have tried a variety of different diets (vegetarian, vegan,” body building” diets and we also tried an  all plant based diet). After years of trial and error, we are extremely happy to say that we found the most optimal way of eating for us.  This way of eating is called the Ketogenic Diet:  Its basically a high fat, moderate protein and low carb way of eating that is optimal for humans who want to be healthy.
